If we’re pushed to pick a favourite, we love The Britannia Suite. A cosy and light kingsize room and the only bedroom on the 1st floor. Its King size bed with imperial gold and black furnishings make this our favourite room.

The Courtyard Suite is the quietest room to relax in. This hand painted bedroom is on the ground floor of Lymington’s historic 18th century hotel building overlooking the guest courtyard with its evergreen garden. This room can be set up either with twin beds or an extra large double bed. Simply let us know.

The Forest Suite is our spacious ground floor bedroom. This room is on the ground floor of Lymington’s historic 18th century hotel building and is very popular in the summer months as it is nice and cool and has reminders of the New Forest National Park.

Check In
You are most welcome to arrive as early as you like – making the most of your stay. (Ideally though not before 11am, as we will most likely be busy with cleaning).
Check Out
All guests are kindly asked to vacate their rooms by 10.30am. We can be flexible, subject to availability.
Luggage
If you are staying in Lymington after check out and you wish to leave your luggage here for later collection, just let us know. We will give you a spare set of keys, and you can collect your luggage at your convenience.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am. The full English breakfast will be cooked fresh to order. Please let us know dietary requirements beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellations
We always try to be as flexible as possible. In the event you have to cancel or change your booking please contact us directly. In general cancellations within 14 days incur 100% cancellation charge. However, where possible we try to carry forward a full credit for a future stay. T’s & C’s apply.
